Warehouse. You can use it to collect the all important measurements for any gentleman in your wedding party who is too far from your wedding site and from J.P. Tuxedo Warehouse. |

Click here to get the Out Of Town Measurement Form. Once the form loads on your screen, click on your browser's PRINT icon.
Print a copy for each gentleman in your wedding party who, because of distance, will not be able to visit J.P. Tuxedo Warehouse to be measured.
If they have access to the internet, direct them to this page and they can print the form themselves. |

Give the form to your gentlemen |
If someone in your wedding party does not have internet access, mail the forms to him. Fill him in on what he needs to do.

Get measured |

Send the completed forms to J.P. Tuxedo
Warehouse |
Once your gentlemen
have their measurements taken and forms completed, have them send the
form to J.P. Tuxedo Warehouse directly at least one month prior to the date of your wedding. Their measurements can be phoned in (708.687.1080), faxed in (708.687.1098), emailed to us through the form on this website, or sent via snail mail: J.P. Tuxedo
