What styles are
available for prom?
Unless a style is indicated in the
store or on our web site as only retail, all styles we offer are
available for prom rental.
Do I have to
come in to the store to get measured?
Yes, you do. Having a
professional take your measurements will help achieve the best
fit. An inch here, or a half inch there could mean all the
difference between looking fabulous and looking like you're wearing someone
else's tuxedo.
When should I
book my tuxedo?
We encourage you to book as early as
possible. April and May are not only the busiest prom months, but
they are in direct "competition" with spring weddings. By
booking early, you are assured that your choice will be available to you
for your prom.
How much does it
cost to rent a prom tux?
Prom tuxes vary in price because
there are so many styles. With over 90 styles on display in the
store, you can be sure that J.P. Tuxedos can help you look your best and
meet your budget, too. In addition, we have a

program to earn you great savings on your Prom 2008 tuxedo rental.
When do I pay
for my tuxedo?
When you book your tuxedo, we require
a minimum of $20.00 as a deposit. This will hold your order and be
applied to the balance due. That balance is due when you pick up
your tuxedo.
How do I pay for
my tuxedo?
We accept cash, MasterCard, Discover,
and Visa. We do not accept checks.
When do I pick
up my tuxedo?
Pick up will be available the day
before your prom. In cases where a tuxedo is ready earlier, you
are welcome to pick it up then.
What happens if
my tux doesn't fit me?
We encourage everyone to try on their
tuxedo in the store before taking it with him. That way, any need for
alteration, adjustment or exchange can most often be handled right then.
In the few instances where an item needs to be re-ordered, we will do
everything available to arrange the item to be available in the store by
the prom date.
When do I have
to return my tuxedo?
Return of tuxedos is always the next
business day following the event. If you cannot return your tuxedo in
person, please arrange for someone to return it for you. Late fees
of $25.00 per day can add up quickly!
